2. Purpose

Cala Marketing LLC offers digital marketing services, including SEO, paid social and Google Ads management, email marketing, content and copywriting, analytics and reporting, and websites and landing pages. We may add, change, or remove services over time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

4. Proposals and engagement

The scope, deliverables and fees of each engagement are set out in a written proposal. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and the first payment is received.

5. Fees and payments

Fees are shown in the proposal or invoice in the currency stated. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by third parties; we do not store complete payment-card details. Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms.

6. Term and cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed, services are provided month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Refund conditions appear in our Refund Policy.

7. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals and the access needed to deliver the services, and confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, images, designs, and branding belong to Cala Marketing LLC or its licensors. Deliverables created specifically for a client are transferred to the client once fully paid.

9. Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, such as market conditions, platform changes and budget. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

10. Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, email and hosting providers. Their own terms may also apply.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply when published.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New Mexico, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
